Trenton Jole
Trenton Jole is a third-generation lineman with over a decade of industry experience as a journeyman. As a certified drone pilot, he holds a Part 107 license, a Commercial Applicator License, an Aerial Applicator License, a Part 137 exemption for agricultural spraying. Trenton is a qualified supervisor for herbicide and pesticide application. Using this range of certifications and advanced drone technology, Trenton delivers safe, innovative solutions for powerline inspections, rope pulling, material hauling, and precision crop spraying—keeping Colorado Drone Works at the forefront of both the utility and agricultural sectors.

Mike Tornes
Mike Tornes is a seasoned journeyman lineman with over 21 years of experience in the field. In addition to his expertise in linework, Mike is a certified drone pilot and holds credentials in herbicide and pesticide application. He brings a thorough understanding of environmental conditions and optimal application timing, ensuring the most effective solutions for every project. Mike also owns and operates a family-run cow-calf operation south of Silt, which he has managed for 15 years. His firsthand insight into agricultural needs, combined with his commitment to innovation and precision, keeps us at the forefront of industry best practices.

Tyler Jole is the main drone pilot at Colorado Drone Works, holding a Part 107 license and playing a central role on our primary drone deployment team. He specializes in agricultural spraying, powerline projects, and packing operations, ensuring every project is executed efficiently and safely. Tyler’s commitment to safety keeps all equipment and flight procedures running smoothly in the field. Beyond his technical responsibilities, Tyler manages our social media presence, helping to promote our services and expand our reach within both the utility and agricultural industries

Alex Tornes
Alex Tornes is a certified drone pilot with a Part 107 license and a key member of our primary drone deployment team. He specializes in agricultural spraying, powerline inspections, and packing operations, consistently ensuring that all equipment and flight procedures are carried out safely and efficiently. Alex also oversees the maintenance and repair of our fleet, making certain every drone operates at peak performance. In addition to his work with Colorado Drone Works, Alex runs a family cow-calf operation south of Silt, bringing valuable hands-on agricultural experience to the team.
